Position Headline  
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software releases and product enhancements for our Radiopharma applications across the European region. In this global role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions that address evolving customer and business needs.

Working within a global team environment, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Scrum Teams, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Business Stakeholders, and R&D Leadership to plan, monitor, execute, and successfully close projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering strategic outcomes that advance our Radiopharma portfolio and enhance customer value.

Areas of Responsibilities :
  • Strategic Planning & Coordination: Directs overall planning and execution of Radiopharma projects (PMA, PND, Olympus) across EU regions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintains clear, consistent communication with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes within assigned projects and teams.
  • Financial Management: Consolidates and oversees project budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and cost control.
  • Quality & Compliance: Upholds project management quality standards, documentation compliance, and adherence to defined processes.
  • Risk & Cost Control: Actively minimizes non-conformance costs through monitoring, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously tracks project status, supporting accountable Project Managers to achieve milestones.
  • Process Improvement: Initiates workflow enhancements and fosters a culture of continuous improvement in project management practices.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinates and supervises Project Managers and/or PMO staff, driving accountability and performance.
What Are We Looking For?
  • Extensive experience in enterprise software development and Product Line Engineering.
  • Proven track record managing global software releases and complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, testing, DevOps, and release management.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective negotiation and decision-making in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership with high ownership and accountability.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong focus on quality and execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project governance.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
  • Any reputed project management certification is preferred
