Project Manager is responsible for delivering products fulfilling life cycle costs and quality attributes, and driving for products continuous improvement along the life cycleProduct ownership include life cycle, vs project/commercial release

Project Manager leads and manages R&D medium development and its lifecycle activities, developing solutions for across different value chains (Equipment, Package, Digital, IT, Top Issue, materials, base materials, service, Processing …), and integrating all of them.

Project Manager is expected to manage stakeholders at different organisation levels and is expected to manage the respective governance, representing Scrum Team

He/she manages medium financial risk and impact, and/or Budget/investment responsibility

She/he has ultimate accountability for delivering results, (cost, timing and product quality), maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team, creating value for final customer and for the Company
He/she translates the Product/Products vision into a Product Backlog considering both input from the Product Manager and internal requirements, tollgates/milestones deliverables, long lead time activities, He/she collaborates with Product Manager to secure the items in the Product Backlog

He/she works with the Team to identify needs and opportunities for interaction with external stakeholders
He/she encourages the team to organize and plan the work to deliver in accordance to the expectations and demostrate a continuos improvement mindset, in strong collaboration with Scrum Master and/or Program Scrum Master

Project Manager may
*) directly lead a scrum team, either focusing on Product or several products, reporting to governance for the activities under her/his responsibility
*) lead and/or coordinate activities (not directly lead a scrum team), but with deliverables secured from one or more scrum team backlog
*) lead feasibility studies, continuos improvements and activities with specialists and/or critical tasks related to core competencies/experts typically not part of Scrum Team

This is a position with PM Skills, more than 5 years of seniority in the field

What you will do

  • Responsible to define maximising the value of the product, based on inputs collected from different stakeholders, and develop and implement a risk management plan
  • Responsible for the team budget and is accountable for delivering the most value for the budget given. Expectation is to meet constantly financial requirements
  • Responsible for the quality of the product that is delivered and released from the scrum team including securing governance endorsements and decisions
  • Responsible for the execution of prioritized corrective actions related to the released products
  • Support Product Manager in developing and executing the communication plan for backlog related external stakeholders and customer
  • Communicate team mandate to contribute to the Company strategy
  • Responsible to keep the Team Backlog updated to include all needs, requirements and improvements of the product. Works with Programme, development team, stakeholders and customers to capture their input and feedback for backlog refinement and in preparation for the Sprint planning.
  • Prioritise the Team Backlog and collaborate with the Development Team to ensure their understanding and buy-in and execution
  • Have a high presence in the team to support them during execution e.g. by frequently listening in to the Daily Scrum and participating in other Scrum events.
  • Have the sole authority to accept a users story as done
  • Participate in Sprint Reviews and other Scrum and Agile Programme events.
  • Contribute to Programme backlog refinement and participate in other Programme events
  • Stakeholder management: develop the appropriate strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in decisions making and executions, risk management, negotiation, conflict management, etc
  • Report to Senior management through the Product Tollgate Review (PTR)/internal governance on regular basis

We believe you have

  • More than 5 years of seniority and experience in managing medium to high complex system level projects, developing solutions for across different sub systems (Equipment, Package, Digital, IT, Top Issue, materials, base materials, service, Processing …)
  • Stakeholders management at different organisation level
