Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects related to the development of rolling stock maintenance infrastructure, as well as the renewal and improvement of the rolling stock fleet
• Manage project resources and risks in accordance with the LTG Project Management Methodology based on PMBOK principles
• Ensure effective change management and the implementation of changes within assigned projects in line with approved methodologies
• Apply financial return methodologies when developing and selecting technical development projects and operational business models
• Prepare and ensure the development of all documentation required for the implementation of technical development projects, including presentations, business cases, financial calculations, analyses, specifications, technical requirements, procurement documents, contracts, and other related materials
• Lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders on project management and procurement matters
• Conduct analyses and provide recommendations on innovation, modernization, and other investments in technological assets and management systems aimed at cost optimization and profitability improvement
• Contribute to the development of long-term technological asset management action plans and strategies
• Coordinate the activities of stakeholders involved in project implementation and ensure effective cross-functional communication
• Prepare materials for stakeholders involved in decision-making and present project progress and results
  
  

What do we expect?

• Professional experience in project management
• Higher university education
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as experience in their application
• Advanced proficiency in the use of standard computer applications
• Ability to work with project management software (considered an advantage)
• Analytical thinking, planning, and management skills
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Monthly salary: €3 090,00 - €4 640,00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
