We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Flow Control team in Vantaa as part of the Technology organization. In this role, you will drive complex product development projects from idea to market launch, working closely with R&D, product management, sales, testing teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders. You thrive in fast-moving environments where plans evolve, unexpected test results require quick decisions, and strong communication keeps everyone aligned. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact by turning plans into reality and ensuring successful delivery of products and solutions.
To succeed, you must have excellent end-to-end project management capabilities, the ability to prioritize under pressure, and a structured approach to problem solving. You are decisive, systematic, and capable of driving action while maintaining strong collaboration across multiple stakeholders. You communicate clearly, handle unexpected situations professionally, and ensure progress even when plans change.
