What You Need to Know

Overall responsibility of the Project rests with the Project Manager who has the authority to act and commit on the behalf of Proserv Management, being the main point of contact with Client.

The Project Manager is to ensure that the Contract is executed in accordance with Proserv process, procedures and Contract requirements, meeting targets set in terms of HSE and Quality, while achieving schedule constraints and financial objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Foster collaboration, ownership, accountability, and team spirit across the project organization.

  • Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, communication channels, and decision-making processes.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Project Execution Plan.

  • Establish an effective project organization with appropriate resources throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with Proserv processes, procedures, and contractual requirements.

  • Manage all project interfaces and ensure timely resolution of coordination issues.

  • Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture throughout all project phases.

  • Lead by example in supporting safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure project execution meets all quality standards and requirements.

  • Implement and maintain an effective Risk and Opportunity Management process.

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maximizing opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain the project budget and cost model.

  • Monitor project financial performance and take corrective actions when required.

  • Manage contract changes and ensure timely communication of impacts to cost, schedule, and contractual obligations.

  • Maintain project cash flow and deliver financial results in line with or exceeding targets.

  • Provide accurate and timely project status reports to clients and management.

  • Ensure project performance indicators are monitored through Proserv systems and tools.

  • Capture and communicate lessons learned to support organizational improvement.

  • Ensure proper commercial, contractual, and operational closeout with clients and subcontractors.

  • Verify all project obligations are completed and documented.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

  • PMP certification preferred.

Essential

  • Minimum 5 Years proven experience in the Subsea industry managing projects in a customer facing position.

  • Minimum 2 years managing a Subsea & Topside Controls System project.

  • Project delivery experience in project execution processes and principles.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or ability to achieve PMP Certification.

  • Exceptional communication skills: demonstrated ability to lead teams and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.

  • Experience in a matrix organization, with proven ability to work collaboratively and achieve results.

  • Fluent in English Language.

  • Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • ERP Experience; SAP/D365, Primavera P6
