Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Leader to
provide leadership and project management expertise on large-scale, complex,
high-profile enterprise technology initiatives. The successful candidate will
be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are completed on time, within
scope, and within budget while meeting business requirements and maintaining
quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide
  project management leadership for large-scale enterprise technology
  initiatives.
• 
  Manage
  project scope, risks, resources, schedules, and costs.
• 
  Ensure
  project deliverables meet business requirements, timelines, budget
  targets, and quality expectations.
• 
  Create
  and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• 
  Recommend
  revisions or changes to scope, format, content, and documentation
  standards where appropriate.
• 
  Support
  the development and maintenance of published materials, guides,
  documentation, and frameworks.
• 
  Utilize
  tools for the creation, distribution, and maintenance of project
  documentation.
• 
  Complete
  cost-benefit analyses to support project planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

Project Management & Documentation

• 
  10+
  years of project management experience on enterprise projects, including
  managing:
• 
  Scope
• 
  Risk
• 
  Resources
• 
  Schedules
• 
  Costs
• 
  10+
  years of experience creating project documentation.
• 
  Experience
  recommending revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods
  of reproduction for published materials, guides, documentation, and
  frameworks.

Technical Knowledge

• 
  Demonstrated
  knowledge and experience with I&IT project management frameworks.
• 
  Experience
  working with:
• 
  Oracle
  Database
• 
  Unix
  (Solaris, AIX, Linux)
• 
  Windows
  Server Operating Platforms
• 
  WebLogic
  Application Server
• 
  Microsoft
  IIS Web/Application Servers
• 
  Mainframe
  applications

Tools & Process

• 
  Experience
  using tools for the creation, distribution, and maintenance of project
  documentation.
• 
  Experience
  completing cost-benefit analysis activities.

Public Sector Experience

• 
  Experience
  working within Ontario Public Service policies and procedures is
  considered an asset.

Mandatory Requirement

• 
  10+
  years of project management experience on enterprise projects, including
  managing scope, risk, resources, schedules, and costs.

Work Arrangement

• 
  Candidate
  is required to work onsite.
