Embark on a transformative journey as a Project Manager, where you'll spearhead the delivery of the technology stack, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions coming up with the process design of the Foundational / Consolidated and Business data Products. You will be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
To be successful as a Project Manager, you should have experience with:
Ability to operate independently at senior level, supporting leaders with clear analysis, options and recommendations to drive effective decisions.
Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
Production of ExCo‑ready progress reporting, providing clear assurance that proposed solutions are being delivered on time and within approved budgets.
Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and coaching colleagues across complex initiatives.
Enterprise agile capability required, with experience applying agile at scale across complex, multi‑initiative portfolios.
Experience with Third party engagement for resources, consultancy and technology.
Experience of delivering transformational change on Security functions would be advantageous.
Experience in managing Physical Security projects will be advantageous
Experience with AI projects will be desirable
Some other highly valued skills may include:
PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification mandatory
Extensive experience in Project Manager role managing projects with large complexity, business-critical and cross-functional teams spanning multiple regions and functions.
Seasoned Project Manager with strong visual communication capability required, with proven and exceptional PowerPoint skills and the ability to help stakeholders visualise complex concepts, journeys and decisions clearly.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
