Citycare Property is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Christchurch-based Project Office team.
Working across a diverse portfolio of social infrastructure and capital works projects, you'll take ownership of delivery from planning through to completion. From managing budgets and programmes to coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and delivering projects that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Lead the successful delivery of capital works and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, contracts and subcontractor performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners.
• Identify risks, opportunities and efficiencies to maximise project outcomes.
• Champion health, safety, quality and environmental excellence across every project.

What You'll Bring | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe
You're a confident and commercially focused Project Manager who thrives on delivering results and building trusted relationships.
• Proven experience delivering construction, infrastructure or capital works projects valued at $1M+.
• A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills, including experience working with NZS3910 contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and performance.
