Job Description

Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team based in Dublin 4, working across a portfolio of large-scale infrastructure and development projects. This role involves overseeing project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and programme targets are met. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. To be successful, the preferred candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and a background in delivering complex construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from concept through to handover across multiple large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project documentation including reports, programmes, and risk registers.
• Support procurement processes and contract administration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role within consultancy or construction.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure or development projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
