Job Description

Our client, a leading Civil & Utilities contractor, is currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major NTA infrastructure projects in Lucan, Dublin This role will involve managing all aspects of project execution, from planning through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in civil infrastructure, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record managing public works or transport-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of NTA infrastructure projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications and public sector regulations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
• Support procurement and contract administration processes.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with client and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within the civil or utilities sector.
• Proven experience delivering public infrastructure or NTA-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and public procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
