About the role:

As a Project Manager you will contribute to our company and monitoring of inspection robotic system developments. Being an interface between technical teams, project management, and partners, you will provide clear structuring of activities and ensure their smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time job.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and be located at Mondragon. This is an on-site role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Propose and structure us of robotic system development phases.
  • Break down projects into clearly defined work packages and milestones.
  • Develop schedules taking into account technical, human, and regulatory constraints.
  • Identify project risks; propose mitigation plans.
  • Track the progress of tasks and milestones; identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare and lead project progress reviews with technical teams and management.
  • Produce dashboards and monitoring reports (costs, schedule, quality)
  • Coordinate interfaces between sub-teams (mechanical, electronics, software, and field).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the nuclear sector (safety, quality, traceability).
  • Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of project documentation (management plans, PMP, tracking files).
  • Participate in qualification reviews and internal or client audits.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in fundamental sciences (physics, applied physics, physical engineering) or engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Additional training in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI certification).
  • Knowledge of nuclear industry environments and constraints (safety, radiation protection, regulations).
  • Understanding of applicable quality requirements: ASN frameworks, ISO standards, traceability requirements.
  • Navigate a regulatory environment and document accordingly.
  • Proficiency in planning and project management tools: MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
  • Develop WBS schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone diagrams.
  • Proficiency in resource management, dependencies, and project planning analysis.
  • Agile and hybrid methods (Scrum, SAFe) applied to hardware development.
  • Carefulness and methodology in a demanding industrial context.
