Reports To: Sr. Director, Operations

The role of Project Manager plays a critical role in helping us build organizational capability by serving as the primary liaison between Operations, R&D Leadership, and Talent Acquisition to ensure critical hiring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business priorities. This role uses visual management, project discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to create transparency, remove barriers, and accelerate hiring outcomes. In addition to leading talent delivery projects, this role will support strategic site expansion initiatives and partner closely with frontline leadership to strengthen onboarding, leader standard work, and immersion experiences that help new employees contribute quickly and successfully.
