Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps to support effective execution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, security, and operations, through structured project lifecycle phases.
Lead project governance activities, including reporting, review forums, and compliance with program governance, assurance, and audit requirements.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on project status, progress, risks, schedules, and key performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating where required.
Maintain proactive oversight of delivery performance to ensure project objectives and customer expectations are achieved.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Defence customers and internal stakeholders through clear, proactive communication.
Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams to align delivery with program priorities and achieve integrated project outcomes.

Demonstrated experience in project management within ICT, Defence or government environments
Proven ability to manage delivery across scope, schedule, cost and quality
