Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Project Manager to join the team in Las Vegas, NV This role will research opportunities, develop recommendations, and partner with leaders to establish processes, policies, and best practices that improve efficiency, consistency, and operational performance. Initial focus areas will include inventory and purchasing governance, with future projects centered on performance measurement, scheduling, planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
  • Research current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for leadership review.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices that support operational excellence.
  • Partner with Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Operations teams to establish guidelines, controls, and standardized processes.
  • Support the development of inventory management and purchasing best practices to improve visibility, accountability, and consistency.
  • Analyze operational workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate planning and scheduling processes and identify opportunities to improve throughput and workflow.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Coordinate resources across departments to support project execution.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, status updates, and reporting.
  • Track project outcomes and measure results against established goals.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive accountability for project completion.
  • Promote continuous improvement and change management initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.


You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of project management, operations, process improvement, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



We Would Also Prefer:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training.
  • Experience with purchasing, inventory management, planning, or scheduling processes.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operations Excellence experience.
  • Experience developing standard operating procedures, policies, and process documentation.
  • Experience implementing process improvements in manufacturing or operations environments.
