As an AI-Native R&D Project Manager, you won't just be managing timelines and tracking deliverables across cross-functional R&D, Product, and PMO teams — you’ll be a driver of operational transformation. You will architect, prototype, and implement AI-driven workflows and automations to optimize the software development lifecycle from the ground up.
Lead Complex Technical Projects: Drive cross-product/division scope, schedules, quality, metrics, and risk management with multi-disciplinary R&D teams.
Architect AI Automations: Identify "low-hanging fruit" across the R&D lifecycle to build custom agents, LLM integrations, or scripts that eliminate manual overhead and speed up data synthesis.
Foster Transparency: Maintain high visibility across stakeholders — comfortably switching between deep technical discussions with engineers and executive summaries for leadership.
Drive Data-Driven Operations: Leverage metrics, refine processes, and work closely with the PMO to elevate overall operational excellence.
Education: B.Sc in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
R&D PM Experience: 2–3+ years managing technical projects within an international software development organization (Agile at scale).
Builder Mindset: A track record of going beyond standard tool usage by building custom automations or technical solutions to solve workflow gaps.
AI / LLM Native: Strong working knowledge of the modern AI landscape, prompt engineering, and utilizing APIs or low-code environments for process optimization.
Languages: Full proficiency in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
Drive & Grit: A detail-oriented, highly organized "can-do" attitude with the focus to push complex projects across the finish line.
Scripting capability in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for data manipulation and workflow automation.
Practical experience building custom GPTs, LangChain agents, or integrating AI into standard project management stacks.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Monday, or BI tools.
PMP / PMI certification, or an M.Sc MBA.
Background or domain knowledge in Cybersecurity solutions
