We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases, from planning and design to construction and closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and long-term relationships.
Oversee project documentation, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project objectives.
Review project deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to client expectations.
Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
Participate in project meetings, site visits, and coordination with internal and external teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven project management experience within architecture, design, or the construction industry.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Proficiency with architectural and project management software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard tools.
Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, construction methods, and technical documentation.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
Professional Architect licensure or active pursuit of licensure.
Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across commercial, civic, academic, or residential sectors.
