You will be based in Taipei and work closely with the Taiwan Operating Office leadership and transformation team, partnering day‑to‑day with stakeholders across Business Management, Front Office, COO, Technology, and Operations.
The Project Manager will also collaborate extensively with local stakeholder and regional/global partners, including Product, Technology, and Platform teams, to ensure local initiatives are aligned with broader strategic and technology roadmaps
• strong project management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross‑functional E2E initiatives
• solid business analysis and problem‑solving skills, to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the design of solutions.
• excellent stakeholder management capability, to align diverse interests and driving progress across multiple teams/stakeholders and priorities.
• effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to communicate clearly with local, regional, and global stakeholders
• background or exposure to Wealth Management / Private Banking, with a good understanding of front‑to‑back processes, operating models, and regulatory or client service considerations in Taiwan banking industry context.
• strong personal drive and ownership mindset, demonstrating resilience, proactivity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑moving transformation environment
• a collaborative team player, who works well in diverse teams, builds trust quickly, and contributes positively to a high‑performing and inclusive team culture.
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
