Tasks:

• • Establish the project team considering all needed project functions and manage the teamwork.
  • Manage the project Schaeffler PEP/PDP processes and guidelines.
  • Cross-departmental planning for all functions involved to meet the Project targets and requirements
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project/program personnel to ensure program progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Represent the assigned project in an expert manner to the customer and to the BU management.
  • Measure project performance to targets (ROCE, revenue, investment, OE)
  • Make sure that all launch issues are resolved in a timely fashion

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above engineering or automotive engineering or similar University education.
• 5 Years PM experiences or above within the automotive industry
• Automotive Cooling system or refrigerant system project experience is preferred
• Strong drivability and ownership
• Strong communication skills
• Strategic and holistic thinking
• Proven competence in dealing with customers, suppliers as well as employee associates
• Proactive and collaborative approach towards problem solving
• Ability to thrive within a global matrix organization. Willingness to travel frequently
• Fluent English
