The Role:

As a Project Manager, this individual will guide intake, capacity, priority, and progression of deployments. With this comes extensive project management skills and familiarity with driving internal and external project team memberstowardsspecific milestones.Engagements must adheretotransparent project plans, concise technical designs, andtimelycommunication with the entire project team and customer.

The Responsibilities:

• Project management of technical integrations with ourcustomerenvironments and designated Varonis projects covering a broad set of industries.

• AssistDeploymentEngineeringmanagers with capacity planning andforecasting ofopportunities and projects.

• Assistwiththe developmentof user stories to visualize, track, and automate team processes.

• Translate technical issues into business impact statements.

• Prioritizing project tasks, communicating transparently internally and externally, and driving project teams to meetagreed upondeadlines.

• Coordinatewithinternal resources, escalations,and third partiestoexecuteprojectsflawlessly.

• Developing project scopes andobjectives, involving all relevantstakeholdersand ensuring technical feasibility.

• Developandmaintaina detailed project plan to track progressandcomply withscope/timelines.

• Measure project performance usingappropriate systems,tools,and techniques.

• Perform risk management totrack andminimize project risks.

• Create andmaintaincomprehensive projecttemplates, playbooks, andoperatedocumentation.

The Requirements:

• Record of accomplishment of delivering successful technology integration projects, especially in Fortune 500 enterprises.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management working within the Information Technology field.

• Experience with Cloud Technologiesis a plus.

• Ability todemonstrateexcellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Some travel may be necessary.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
