Project Manager

PURPOSE

The Project Manager will lead international projects with a regional / global scope for distinct functions across the company e.g., Product Supply, Legal, R&D, Quality, Finance, IT, HR, SAP/ERP implementation etc.

He/she will conduct different nature of key strategic projects which entail business transformation in many forms, be it processes, systems, mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs etc.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine and define project scope, objectives and timelines
• Steer and oversee achievement of Project / Program Goals
• Ensure regular alignment of project teams to enable implementation of industry best practices, techniques, and standard methodologies
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, risk management and progress
• Preparation and coordination of project workshops, ensuring effective facilitation and thorough documentation of outcomes
• Define and align the program roadmap and resource requirements for each project / program
• Prepare proper change management strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize resistance to change
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Guarantee early identification of IT requirements for the Project / Program and alongside the function ensure planning of delivery and budget allocation
• Lead the Project / Program with a strong attention on strategy, implementation and delegation

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Admin, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in a project management environment
• Proven track record of managing ERP/SAP projects from initiation to completion, along with familiarity with the specific ERP/SAP modules
• Project Management certifications: Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall (PMP, Prince 2)
• Outcome-oriented mindset focused on driving successful project results.
• Customer-centric approach to engage and enhance client satisfaction by co-creating solutions
• Adaptable and agile, ready to learn and evolve based on feedback.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
