A day in the life of...
Leads all data/systems related activities on behalf of the Responsible Sourcing team and several business units in the context of the four global RS KPIs:
A) Based on inputs from all RS Category Leads and their external partners, defines and enforces global standards, ensure robustness, auditability, and scalability of all KPI frameworks (including definitions, data models, and calculations)
B) In partnership with all external partners, co-designs and oversees the deployment of data collection tools across all categories and ensures alignment with global standards
C) Leads and monitors external RS partners during the annual refresh exercise of the spend baseline data for all category/KPI combinations, including knowledge transfers and troubleshooting assistance
D) Drives and monitors the end-to-end annual calculation exercise via all external partners for each category/KPI combination with the required governance, data quality controls and analytical insight generation.
What will make you successful
Academic Experience/Education:
• University Degree preferably in economics, business, IS/IT
• Advanced English Skills
Business Experience:
• Project Management capabilities
• Good understanding of GLOBE Solution
• Experience of work with Stakeholders including senior management
• Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment
• Experience in IT and/Or data processes standardization across an international company
• Experience in a complex change management initiative within operational/system process
