What You'll do:

- Lead IT modernization projects with a focus on infrastructure upgrades and transformation initiatives.

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Work closely with technical specialists to monitor progress and facilitate effective collaboration.

- Review and validate technical solutions to ensure alignment with project requirements and defined specifications.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and promote effective communication across stakeholders.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing issues throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor project performance using project management tools and best practices.

- Ensure adherence to established processes, governance, and quality standards.

Who You Are:

- 5+ years of experience in IT project management.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies.

- Ability to engage with technical teams and understand technical discussions and proposed solutions.

- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

- Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.

- Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Resilience and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

- Proactive approach to identifying and managing risks and resolving issues.
