In WA, we are responsible for the delivery of maintenance works and services for almost 9000 homes across the Goldfields, Wheatbelt, East Kimberley and West Kimberley regions.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of this important energy efficiency program. This role is responsible for managing projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual and government requirements.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager in our North Coogee office, you will work closely with internal project teams, subcontractors, government stakeholders, and tenants to deliver high-quality outcomes in often complex operating environments.
This role is well suited to a proactive, organised, and resilient Project Manager who thrives in high-volume delivery, understands maintenance and construction programs, and is motivated by work that delivers tangible social and environmental benefits.
The role is primarily based in our North Coogee office and will require occasional travel to project delivery locations across our contracted areas.

You are a results-driven Project Manager with strong construction or maintenance experience, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and complex delivery environments. You bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset and are comfortable working in remote and regional settings where planning, communication, and adaptability are critical.
