Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing software development projects.
• PMP ( Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Hands-on experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and Data Modeling projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum), Hybrid, and Waterfall
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Define project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Select and apply the most appropriate project management methodology based on project requirements.
• Manage communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive management, providing regular project status reports and presentations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support PMO / Customer Solutions processes and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
