Currently we are looking for

Project Manager (Finnish and English speaker)

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing various automation projects for our key customers mainly in Finland, but also internationally. Together with your colleagues you will help our clients in their automation journey. You will make sure you understand their business processes to ensure that project meets, or in the best case exceeds, customer expectations and support your colleagues. To succeed in this role, we believe you need to be highly proactive and a self-driven individual.

Some of the main types of projects are Business Process Management (BPM) automations for the private or public sector, data migrations for the Finnish wellbeing counties and AI Agents for various industries. With most of these projects you will be managing multiple stakeholders on the client side, with our partner organizations, as well as the developers and analysts within Digital Workforce. The management of the project schedule, risks, budget, resourcing, expectations and scope are fundamental elements to keep the project on track and transparent to all relevant stakeholders involved. We might be looking for you, if you:

💡Have strongproject management experience and interest in technology. International Project Management Association (IPMA) certification or equivalent is a plus.

💡 Have proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders

💡 Thrive interacting with many stakeholders and ability to clearly manage expectations, both internally and externally

💡 Speak Finnish AND English fluently

💡 Are naturally organized

💡 Have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

We do not offer relocation nor sponsor visa for this role. Candidates outside of Finland will not be considered for this role.

Salary range: 4500-5500 EUR/monthly base salary. The compensation will be based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
