We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to take full ownership of large-scale, high-impact projects. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you will lead complex projects from concept through to implementation, holding complete accountability for outcomes and independently managing significant, high-value budgets.

You will be:

  • Leading the full project lifecycle: Managing everything from initial concept and business case development to final implementation and benefits realisation.
  • Applying structured methodologies: Embedding a strong understanding of technical project management frameworks to maintain best-in-class documentation on budgets, schedules, and risks.
  • Driving project execution: Managing scope, quality, and resources effectively while proactively mitigating complex dependencies.
  • Managing stakeholders: Building strong partnerships with senior internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven progress updates.

About you:

  • Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale transformation projects from inception to completion within a previous Project Manager position.
  • Demonstrable track record of independently managing and forecasting high-value project budgets.
  • A strong understanding and practical awareness of structured Project Management methodologies (a Prince2, APM, or PMI qualification is highly desirable).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
