Your Job

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional development programs to deliver innovative medical devices for global pharmaceutical customers. You will drive end-to-end program execution—from initial scoping and contractual alignment through development and production transfer—ensuring high-quality, customer-focused outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Our Team

You will be part of the Global Innovation and Development team in Bangalore, collaborating with global design centers across Europe, North America, and Asia. This team focuses on delivering innovative, high-quality medical device solutions while enabling strong customer partnerships.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, owning scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive program progress, ensuring alignment with agreed milestones, quality standards, and financial targets
  • Manage contractual commitments and ensure project profitability
  • Serve as the primary interface for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, testing laboratories, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project documentation and governance
  • Facilitate project reviews, decision-making forums, and stakeholder alignment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and best practices
  • Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and budgeting based on progress

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 8-15 years of project management experience, preferably within the medical device industry
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (21 CFR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
  • Experience leading development programs from concept through industrialization
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align execution with business objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong planning, estimation, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent
  • Experience in drug delivery devices (e.g., insulin pens, autoinjectors, inhalation devices)
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional development programs
