Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI-enabled project management and analytics tools to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

  • Use predictive analytics, trend analysis, and scenario modelling to anticipate risks, delays, and resource constraints.

  • Oversee projects involving AI-enabled, data-driven, or digital healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with scope, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

  • Ensure that AI-related components (models, data pipelines, integrations) are properly reflected in project scope, timelines, and quality assurance.

  • Assess AI model dependencies (data availability, model performance, retraining cycles, explainability constraints) and incorporate them into project planning.

  • Facilitate alignment between services, product, technical, and data/AI teams in projects involving advanced analytics or AI functionalities.

  • Support stakeholders in understanding AI-driven outcomes, including benefits, limitations, and operational impact.

  • Drive adoption of automation, intelligent reporting, and AI-assisted monitoring tools to improve project execution.

  • Monitor project performance using data dashboards, KPIs, and AI-driven performance insights Identify opportunities to introduce AI-enabled automation (e.g., workflow optimisation, resource allocation, reporting efficiencies).

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy (e.g. GDPR), and AI-related regulatory requirements in healthcare contexts.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by embedding data analytics and AI-driven insights into delivery practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Languages: English (mandatory), Fluent in German

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field PMP or equivalent certification

  • Preferred Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project management within services or healthcare environments.

  • Experience with digital, data-driven, or software implementation projects.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled or analytics-driven projects is a strong asset.

  • Project Management Skills.

  • Strong project management capabilities (planning, execution, risk management).

  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional and data-driven projects.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

AI, Data & Digital Skills

  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, predictive modelling, and intelligent automation.

  • Ability to apply AI and data-driven approaches to improve project planning, delivery, and decision-making.

  • Experience with or exposure to AI-assisted project management tools (e.g. predictive scheduling, automated risk scoring, intelligent reporting).

  • Understanding of data lifecycles, including data collection, transformation, quality management, and governance.

  • Ability to interpret outputs from AI models, dashboards, and analytics tools and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar).

  • Basic understanding of how AI models are deployed and integrated into enterprise systems (APIs, cloud platforms, workflows).

  • Awareness of model performance considerations, including bias, accuracy, explainability, and monitoring.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for process automation using AI or workflow orchestration tools

  • Experience working with structured datasets, KPIs, and performance metrics to track project and operational outcomes.

  • Understanding of AI governance frameworks, including transparency, auditability, and risk management.

  • Strong awareness of ethical and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, healthcare data compliance) in AI-driven environments.

  • Ability to engage with technical teams (data scientists, engineers) and translate business/project needs into technical requirements.

  • Capability to explain AI-related concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and customers.

Salary: €52,408 – €65,502 – €78,602 (per annum, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Salary: €68,338 – €85,423 – €102,508 (per annum, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
