We are seeking a Business Optimisation Project Manager to join our Operations function and support the delivery of strategic initiatives that improve compliance, governance, operational performance, risk management, and business efficiency.
Working within the Business Optimisation team, the successful candidate will lead and coordinate projects that support regulatory compliance, operational resilience, process improvement, technology enablement, and organisational effectiveness. The role will have a significant focus on delivering our Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) programme, whilst also supporting wider optimisation initiatives across the business.
This role requires an experienced project manager who can work across multiple departments, engaging stakeholders at all levels to coordinate activities, manage risks, drive accountability, and ensure successful project outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders, technical teams, compliance specialists, project managers, and third-party suppliers to deliver sustainable business improvements and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
