What we are looking for:

We’re on the lookout for someone to join our Project Management team.

We believe our best work comes from creative teams and you will be working alongside our Business Analysts, UX consultants and development teams.

You will be refining and pioneering unique IP to guide our customers on a road map to success through technology, design and consultation via a human-centred approach. Your work will be imprinted into the DNA of Enlighten Designs and lead the world in new and best practices built by you and your team.

As the next addition to our friendly and professional team, you’ll partner with our clients and provide the bridge between businesses and technology to deliver solutions that result in real value for our clients.

With a learning mindset and a highly collaborative approach, you will effectively manage people, resources, processes, risks, and client relationships to deliver technology development projects to meet client outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with sales to scope, quote, and close opportunities.
• Delivering a seamless project management experience.
• Driving high value project results through engaging communication.
• Administration of project budget and timeframes.

Ideally you will have:

• Minimum 3 years previous experience managing and delivering successful small to medium projects for mid-sized clients.
• An understanding of and/or previous experience in the web and software industry.
• Experience in leading successful projects, demonstrable skills in facilitation of project rituals and cadences with clients and teams.
• The ability to work across several projects at the same time.
• Be comfortable in a vendor environment that bills for its time.
• The ability to be pleasantly assertive with clients and team members/their managers, and our Sales team (or desire to learn!).
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in the room.
• A strong interest in AI technologies, with either hands-on experience or genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance delivery.
• High adaptability — you thrive when requirements shift and no two projects are the same.
