Project Manager, Market

$37,000–$44,000 annually

Reports toRegional President

ObjectiveResponsible for management of special projects as requested by Regional President-- including risk, change, quality, and communication. Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests. Assist in several areas to maintain functioning work processes. Maintain flexibility to support changing priorities and needs. Oversee the work of others.

Essential Functions

  • Manage projects as requested by Regional President from start to finish. Delegate tasks as needed.
  • Responsible for all areas involved in the cash management process
  • Coach/train Sales Operations personnel as needed
  • Coordinate/document commissions and sales
  • Research and resolve issues involving commissions and/or manage the follow up process
  • Manage all components of Data Scape, POS, and Eclipse processes
  • Serve as point of contact for credit card processes/vendors
  • Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports pertaining to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses
  • Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    • Sunday: On call from 8:00am – 6:00pm Sundays are generally slower; availability is required throughout the day, though workload typically totals only a few hours
    • Monday: On call from 7:00am – 9:00pm Primary callout periods are early morning and late afternoon
    • Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm

    Required Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Preferred Education and Experience

  • Previous office experience
