Major Duties:
• Overall responsibility of project activities
• Cost, time and quality management and customer satisfaction in the project
• Maintaining customer contacts throughout the project
• Prepare project organization
• Prepare and distribute project plan
• Sharing information and knowledge openly
• Arrange definition of project groups, design review, necessary developments.
• Organizing and controlling and distribution of project documentation
• Taking actions to identify and mitigate or eliminate risks
• Analyse and address customer complaints
• Monitor purchasing plan and ensure that purchasing is conforming to the project schedule and specific contractual purchasing demands
• Attend major purchasing activities and negotiations with purchasing
• Contract status report
• Updating budget estimation and project cost follow-up, project cash flow
• Monitoring bookings and invoicing from the customer and suppliers
• Back charge and +/- list management with the customer and suppliers
• Support or organize project commissioning, start-up and guarantee run
• Preview of liquidated damages
• Respond to failures during the warrantee period
• Introduction of service personnel to the customer
• Overall responsible project close activities and transfer to service department at the end of the warrantee period
Other, Non-Project Related
• Share knowledge via the intranet, team meetings and in other appropriate forums and media
• Improve processes, standards, tools and skill levels within the organization together with other members of the project team.
• Support Sales, Technology and Product and Service manager(s)
Competence
• Bachelor or Master Degree of pulp & paper Industry or mechanical engineering
• Good understanding of project execution
• Good understanding with mechanical drawings
• Good English & Chinese communication skill in reading/writing and oral.
• experience in mechanical equipment related project management or design or manufacturing or operation, etc.
