Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Project Manager to work in Arlington, VA

Everforth ECS is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team supporting the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD) Office of the Chief of Staff (OCOS). This is a high-visibility role embedded in an active organizational transformation — one that is reengineering how CISA's largest division manages its people, money, programs, and operations.

The PM will work directly to drive task execution, maintain schedule integrity, own contract reporting deliverables, and serve as a day-to-day coordination hub for ECS work products. This person is not a note-taker — they are a doer who can manage ambiguity, synthesize information quickly, and keep a complex engagement on track without being told twice.

Key Responsibilities

Program Updates & Reporting Cadence

  • The PM ensures that all ECS program updates — internal and external — are accurate, timely, and consistent with project plan status.
  • Draft, compile, and finalize the monthly MSR on schedule, coordinating inputs from all team members. Maintaining accurate status tracking for each of the three TESS requirements (Data Engineering, Governance Frameworks, Business Process Engineering)

Project Leadership and Execution

  • Support total team success and ensure collaboration across the program
  • Drive program advancement through effective project management practices
  • Serve as liaison between contractor personnel and the customer
  • Ensure proper methodology and procedures are followed to meet task order requirements
  • Plan, execute, and complete technology implementation and organizational change projects

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders representing various business and technology functions
  • Establish effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Facilitate meetings, assign clear action items, and manage follow-ups
  • Coordinate teams and work relationships with customers to ensure continual growth from contracts

Project Coordination & Task Execution (as assigned)

  • Set project goals, identify key wins and risks, and anticipate potential future risks and/or opportunities
  • Apply problem-solving and facilitation skills to identify and solve complex business needs
  • Manage competing and/or conflicting demands within project teams using conflict mitigation techniques to maintain project momentum
  • Schedule and facilitate ECS Federal internal meetings; draft agendas, capture decisions, and distribute action items
  • Support onsite and virtual working sessions with client leadership, including logistics and materials preparation
  • Track stakeholder commitments and follow through on open items proactively
  • Maintain organized, version-controlled file structure for all ECS Federal work products

Risk Management

  • Maintain the master transformation tracker — milestones, risks, dependencies — and ensure it is updated after every major working session

Documentation and Process Improvement

  • Create and maintain project documents to support planning and status reporting
  • Support scoping and requirements gathering for potential emerging needs
  • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and requirements for implementation projects

Organizational Growth

  • Support internal initiatives for the contract that provide direct value and enhance efficiency for the ECS Federal workforce
  • Make innovative suggestions that benefit both ECS Federal and the customer
  • Continually grow problem-solving and project management skills through ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Experience

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, communications, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement

Certification

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with high tolerance for repetitive work
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to manage sensitive partnerships and align efforts with mission priorities
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Ability to be self-directed and perform at a high level in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage expectations and support conflict resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication of technical and non-technical materials
  • Familiarity with project management concepts
