How you’ll make an impact

  • Define project scope, timelines, and financial plans
  • Manage project execution within approved budgets and schedules
  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple functions and locations
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as escalation point for risks
  • Drive effective communication through reports, meetings, and updates
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and ITM processes
  • Coach and guide project teams to achieve objectives
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, operations, or continuous improvement
  • Experience managing capital or construction-related projects
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset
