About the role:
The Project Manager is responsible for 6-8 customer projects, they will be end-to-end responsible for the project ensuring that the project is delivered within budget and agreed timelines. The Project Manager will oversee the provisioning process with a prime focus on the delivery/operational side to interface with the customer. The projects handled are of strategic value for Expereo, typically they represent > 100,000 euro MRR and/or >300 sites.
Within this role, the main task will be to be the single point of contact with the customer, there will be day-to-day contact with the customer responsible project manager and team. The focus will be to manage the customer expectations and the Project Manager will take the lead with the wider Expereo project team members to deliver what has been promised both in the (pre) sales as in the provisioning phase. This will include taking a leadership role in cross departmental initiatives to deliver the project and overcoming project obstacles. The Project Manager will also be involved in the initial project requirement reviews and the process to onboard new customers.
