1. Work as the project manager, be able to lead a nominated project management according to defined project target and follow standard process (e.g. PEP/VEP) responsible of controlling project quality, cost and schedule.
2. Leading project acquisition, work with TPM, sales and project team to handle new project opportunities (including solving customer
requirement, finishing business analysis, reporting in new project meeting, etc.) and ensuring the effectiveness and outcome to the result of project nomination.
Responsibility:
1. Take the role of the PM for project resource planning, budget planning, and schedule planning;
2. Project risk management and take responsible on them, start the escalation (resources, budget, schedule) when it is needed;
3. Demand and tracking the work products according to the schedule, report to steering committee of project status on Q/C/D aspects;
4. Focus on the agreed project target, manage the expectation of sponsors and direct reports;
5. Make decision as project manager/management when necessary and take responsible on them;
6. Build business link with domestic customers and AP OEMs, connect for success on project acquisition;
7. Can delegate related project tasks to members of the Project Team, foster internal and external teamwork;
8. Creation of weekly/monthly status report to the steering committee and company top management team.
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of project manager in electrical drive related.
2. Bachelor and above, majored in automotive, electronic control, transmission, etc.
3. Excellent in written and oral.
