Responsibilities:
1.
Prepare project management plan.
2.
Manage and monitor the project, staffing
plans, budgets, and minutes of meetings.
3.
Plan and supervise project activities and resolve
routine project issues during project execution.
4.
Define and manage project scope, teams and
resources.
5.
Perform regular project communication with
the client and management and report project progress.
6.
With the help of the relevant leads, define
project SOPs, parameters, i.e., time-lines, manpower requirements, risks,
estimates, etc.
7.
Negotiate, establish, coordinate and
oversee the project's deliverables.
8.
Act as the “client” for the local project
team.
9.
Ability to study and analyze data and
suggest strategic action items for business advantage.
10.
Develop team schedules and assist in the
successful onboarding and training of team members.
11.
Be ultimately responsible for the quality
of service being delivered by the team.
12.
Provide frequent feedback on employee
performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve
skill gaps
13.
All other duties as assigned by the CEO.
1.
Must have experience working on and
managing projects for international clients.
2.
Minimum 4 years of experience leading
cross-functional teams and delivering projects across AI, web and mobile
application development, and broader business functions, with a proven track
record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
3.
Strong communication skills to be able to
communicate effectively with staff, other teams, senior management, and customers.
4.
Strong interpersonal skills including
mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
Bachelors / Master’s
Degree in Software Development or related field (Preferably in North America or
Europe)
Onsite - Monday to
Friday (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time)
