Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of critical defence systems — from business development and tendering through to installation, maintenance, and end-of-life disposal
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; track expenditure and report on cost variances
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues proactively before they impact delivery
• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Executives, maintaining high standards of system serviceability
• Coordinate with local and overseas clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Manage vendor contracts, monitor SLA compliance, and handle scope variations
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients
• Enforce HSE standards and safe work practices across all project activities
• Support operational administration including security compliance and financial matters

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information & Digital Technologies — candidates with equivalent hands-on experience are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; familiarity with data analytics or AI productivity tools is a plus
• Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments
• Proactive, dependable, and a strong team player
• Ideal to also possess a Class 3 driver’s licence with at least 2 years of driving experience
