Project Manager

The Project manager will be responsible for overseeing and planning all aspects of mechanical construction and fabrication projects, including but not limited to:
Lead fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, coordinating across multiple disciplines (MEP, civil, structural) while managing complex sequencing, long-lead procurement, commissioning readiness, and operational startup.
Track and forecast project-level financials and report to leadership
Responsible for all phases of project delivery including cost, schedule, and client relationships
Coordinate with Project Director, Field Supervisors and Foremen, Fabrication Shop Foremen, Project Engineers and Project Accountants
Change management: assemble estimates, budgets, and proposals
Manage subcontractors and vendors
Mentor subordinates
Manage full lifecycle delivery from preconstruction and design coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning, and client turnover. Education and Experience
3 to 5 years’ experience in supporting hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects, including large-scale, multi-building campus developments and high-density data halls.
Experience supporting integrated master schedules, resolving critical path constraints, and driving execution across multi-site or phased deployments is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and extensive hands-on Project Management experience in lieu of a formal degree.
Current PMP or ability to pass Project Management Professional Certification within one year preferred.
Project Experience between $30M to $100M+ per project size
