About this role:

Established Field Service professional. Interacts with customers and field team members. Additionally, they will analyzes and interpret test information to resolve design/system-related problems

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project Engineers
• Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and re-estimating costs of installation projects.
• Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scope
• Coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issues
• Manage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issues
• Potential travel between (25% - 50%) to visit customers, project sites and vendors
• Manage customer relationships and expectations
• Creating and implementing new processes as needed to create efficiencies in project execution
• Owning all project issues to a resolution
• Own financial success of project and provide best in class billing & collections

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ year of experience in the construction industry and/or in project management

Preferred Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry and/or mechanical
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and/or building controls industry
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Access and other Windows products
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong problem solving, planning and project management skills
• Ability to read and understand scope of work
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
• Prior experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation preferred
• Ingrained with an unmatched desire & ability to create World-class Customer experience
