The Opportunity


As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee complex projects with a focus on cost, timelines, staffing, and quality standards, including compliance with ISO requirements. This role requires the management of multiple interrelated projects, integration of vendor deliverables, and ensuring successful execution within budget and on schedule. You will apply advanced project management expertise while working independently with minimal supervision, and you will provide guidance to junior professionals. How you will make an impact:

  • Collaborate with the Project Lead and Controller to define project scope, financial plans, schedules, and risk management documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to execution best practices and company policies.

  • Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, and financials, including invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow.

  • Identify, assess, and manage risks while pursuing opportunities.

  • Capture and share lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Drive formal project closure and customer acceptance as per contractual agreements.

  • Apply consistent contract and claims management practices in line with company policies.

  • Negotiate and procure services, materials, and equipment from internal and external suppliers.

  • Support supply chain management in supplier negotiations, claims, and project changes

  • Coordinate with engineering, service, and commissioning teams for high and medium voltage installations.

  • Contribute to planning and implementation of commissioning activities and support installation coordination.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and the escalation point for any project-related issues.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies throughout the project.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • University degree in Electrical/ Power Engineering.

  • 7+ years experience in a similar position, focusing on power grids, high-voltage substations and power transformers projects/ SLA/ Service contracts

  • Used to work with procedures, instructions and process workflows

  • Very good communication skills

  • Good organizer, able to act independently and in a team

  • Capacity to act quickly and meet deadlines

  • Seriousness and accountability

  • International commercial knowledge

  • SAP knowledge is advantage - MM & SD & Project modules

  • PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • PMP certification
