The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves overseeing project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving project success in line with Hitachi's strategic objectives.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Planning & Scope: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed plans (timeline, resources, budget).
  • Leadership & Team: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams while mentoring junior members.
  • Execution & Control: Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and ensure mitigation, quality, and compliance.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial adherence.
  • Communication & Improvement: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.


Your Background

  • Relevant degree (Engineering, Business, IT); Master’s is a plus
  • Previous experience in project management for Power Quality Applications
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills (global experience is a plus)
