Project Manager – Programme Office (6-month contract)
Location: Woodford Halse
Member of: PMO (Program Management Office)
Reports to: Program Director
Hours of Work: 08:00-17:00 Monday – Friday inclusive (with 45 minutes for lunch break at 13:00). There may be flexibility for remote working.

Singer Vehicle Design is seeking a Project Manager to join the PMO team responsible for the delivery of all vehicle restoration programmes. Based in the UK, the successful candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, sourcing, and executive teams across both the UK and Los Angeles to ensure programme delivery targets are achieved on time and within scope.
The role requires strong program management capability, attention to detail, and experience within automotive product development environments. The Project Manager will support senior PMO leadership while leading key programme activities, maintaining core programme documentation, coordinating engineering release activities, and driving cross-functional delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Senior PMO team in managing programme delivery workstreams across multiple restoration programmes.
• Maintain and manage core programme documentation, including:
◦ Product Development Letters (PDL)
◦ High Level Timing Plans (HLT)
◦ PMXU programme content and investment documentation
• Lead and coordinate key programme meetings, including:
◦ OTG (Open to Go) meetings to ensure part delivery and implementation timing
◦ ETRS (Engineering Timed Release Schedule) reviews aligned to programme timing
◦ Change control meetings ensuring controlled implementation of programme changes
• Support prototype build activities and associated programme requirements.
• Produce and maintain weekly programme metrics and status reporting.
• Lead smaller projects and programme activities where required.
• Ensure programme timing, delivery targets, and cross-functional milestones are achieved.

Requirements
• Experience in automotive product development and programme management preferred.

Required Experience & Knowledge
• Specific automotive programme management experience
• Low volume OEM Programme Management experience preferred

Education and Qualifications Required
• Full Driving licence.
