Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of decentralised renewable energy projects, leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality standards, from development handover through construction and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full project lifecycle for decentralized energy projects (e.g. solar PV, storage, hybrid systems), from ready-to-build to commissioning and handover;
• Define project execution strategies, schedules, and resource allocation in alignment with business objectives;
• Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (EPCs, contractors, consultants);
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring delivery within agreed constraints;
• Oversee contract management with EPC contractors and suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance with contractual obligations;
• Ensure projects comply with French regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements;
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions when necessary;
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels;
• Validate technical solutions in coordination with engineering teams and ensure alignment with client and grid requirements;
• Support permitting, grid connection, and local stakeholder engagement processes during execution;
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, and final acceptance of projects;
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover to operations and asset management teams;
• Support financial control activities, including CAPEX tracking, forecasting, and reporting;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
