Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects/products related to the client's Digital Services, supporting Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives and national-level programs.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, products, platforms, and initiatives.
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, roadmaps, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
• Oversee project governance, contract management, and enhancement efforts to meet quality, timeline, and operational expectations.
• Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of systems/products/platforms in cloud environments.
• Ensure Agile methodologies, tools, and best practices are effectively adopted throughout project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related discipline.
  
• 
  Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in Project, Product, or Platform Management.
  
• 
  Minimum four (4) years of hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies, tools, and delivery frameworks.
  
• 
  Minimum four (4) years of experience in implementing and supporting systems, products, or platforms in a Cloud Environment.
  
• 
  Minimum four (4) years of experience in contract management and reviewing delivery and enhancement efforts.
  
• 
  Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting Government projects, products, or platforms.
  
• 
  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  
• 
  Experience supporting application operations, audit fieldwork, and Problem / Incident Management.
  
• 
  Knowledge or experience in the local healthcare domain.
  
• 
  Familiarity with Government security guidelines (e.g., Instruction Manual).
  
• 
  Exposure to AI adoption/usage and recent mobile and API development technologies.
