Our client is a nationally recognized software engineering and AI consultancy headquartered in Oklahoma City with nearly 30 years of success delivering complex technology solutions. The Role

This individual will serve as a Technical Project Manager leading agile software development teams while partnering closely with technical leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery. The person will play a key role in driving communication, removing obstacles, facilitating agile processes, and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

  • Lead and facilitate agile software development processes including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and refinement sessions.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams, technical leads, clients, and executives to support successful project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Manage project timelines, release schedules, risk logs, budget tracking, and client reporting activities.
  • Remove obstacles and proactively address issues impacting team performance, delivery schedules, or client expectations.
  • Support release management activities and ensure software delivery best practices are consistently followed.
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring team members while fostering continuous improvement across teams and processes.
  • Facilitate productive meetings with clear agendas, action items, and effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace to support project execution and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading software development teams utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, or Kanban required.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage relationships, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration effectively.
  • Passion for servant leadership, continuous improvement, and driving successful software delivery within fast-paced technical environments.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and related software platforms preferred.
