What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking with precision.
  • Oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and ensure compliance with public sector standards.
  • Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
