The Opportunity
Lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.
Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, setting clear direction, allocating tasks, and ensuring delivery of all milestones
Define and execute comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, and risks) in collaboration with Project Controls
Drive project execution excellence, ensuring alignment with best practices, policies, and governance standards
Monitor progress, resources, and financial performance (costs, invoicing, cash flow), ensuring efficiency and control throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively manage risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation and value creation
Act as the main point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring transparent communication
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to secure materials/services, supporting negotiations, claims, and project changes
Ensure full compliance with contract, quality, and HSE standards, and lead proper project closure, including formal acceptance and lessons learned
Your background
A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Engineering
More than 5 years of professional experience, preferably including more than two years in project management.
Additional training in the area of project management
Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractor
Customer oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills.
Mastery in balancing stakeholders, both external and internal.
Fluent in English and Portuguese both written and spoken.
Available to travel up to 20% of the time
