As Project Manager you will be a liaison between our organization and the client during a project ending with the installation and acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects/engagements. You may work at client site on a daily or periodic basis. You will ensure customer satisfaction of information technology solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Typically you will use more project management skills than technical skills.

You will be based in the one of the following countries: Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, France or Germany.

You will report to Reginal Delivery Manager.

Your Responsibilities - you will do:

• Manage projects of varying size and complexity
• Champion Plex's implementation methodology and lead it through each project
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Professional Services project team resources and ensure quality of services delivery during the project
• Lead the Plex and customer project team to identify / resolve all risks that could affect project scope, schedule, or budget
• Responsible for revenue forecasting and attainment for assigned projects
• Lead Customer Steering Committee meetings, Milestone Events, and internal Portfolio Reviews for assigned projects
• Partner with the PMO to improve our tools and processes
• Ensure that projects are staffed and planned in collaboration with resource management
• Ensure that assigned projects are delivered within budget, time, and to the SOW. Manage the project change process to ensure out of scope activities are identified and approved.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Plex Manufacturing Cloud Core Modules and maintain current knowledge of product releases
• Identify opportunities to position additional Professional Service offerings within a project or at project close. Support new logo sales activities by positioning Plex Professional Services properly.
• Build relationships outside of Plex Professional Services in our Product, Sales and Support teams

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Citizenship of European Union member state
• A valid driving license
• Fluent English
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer locations

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 5+ years of relevant software implementation project experience
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment in an Operations, Supply Chain or Engineering leadership role
• Experience presenting to all levels, including shop floor operators and C-Suite executives
• Experience being the escalation point for customers
• PMP or Prince2 certification

En tant que Project Manager H/F, vous serez l’interlocuteur principal entre notre organisation et le client tout au long du projet, jusqu’à l’installation et l’acceptation d’équipements capitalisés, de systèmes logiciels d’entreprise ou de projets d’intégration de systèmes / missions de conseil. Vous pourrez être amené(e) à travailler régulièrement ou ponctuellement sur site client.

Vous garantirez la satisfaction du client en assurant la gestion détaillée des plannings, des budgets et des livrables. Ce rôle mobilise principalement des compétences en gestion de projet, plus que des compétences techniques.

Le poste peut être basé dans l’un des pays suivants : République tchèque, Pologne, Italie, France ou Allemagne. Vous serez rattaché(e) au Regional Delivery Manager.

Vos responsabilités

• Gérer des projets de tailles et de complexités variées.
• Promouvoir et appliquer la méthodologie d’implémentation Plex à chaque étape du projet.
• Encadrer et accompagner les équipes Professional Services, en garantissant la qualité des prestations.
• Diriger les équipes Plex et client pour identifier et résoudre les risques pouvant impacter le périmètre, le planning ou le budget.
• Être responsable des prévisions de revenus et de leur atteinte pour les projets assignés.
• Animer les comités de pilotage client, les réunions jalons et les revues internes de portefeuille.
• Collaborer avec le PMO pour améliorer les outils et processus internes.
• Planifier et staffer les projets en coordination avec la gestion des ressources.
• Garantir la livraison des projets dans le respect du budget, des délais et du SOW (Statement of Work). Gérer les demandes de changement pour identifier et valider les activités hors périmètre.
• Démontrer une maîtrise des modules principaux de Plex Manufacturing Cloud et rester informé(e) des nouvelles versions.
• Identifier des opportunités pour proposer des services Professional Services additionnels pendant ou à la fin du projet. Soutenir les activités commerciales en positionnant correctement les services Plex.
• Développer des relations avec les équipes Produit, Ventes et Support en dehors de Professional Services.

Profil recherché – Compétences essentielles

• Diplôme universitaire en commerce, ingénierie ou domaine similaire.
• Permis de conduire valide.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais.
• Disponibilité pour voyager jusqu’à 25 % du temps chez les clients.

Atouts supplémentaires

• 5+ ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets d’implémentation logicielle.
• Expérience opérationnelle en environnement industriel (opérations, supply chain, ingénierie…).
• Aisance dans les présentations à tous niveaux : opérateurs, direction d’usine, C‑Suite.
• Expérience en gestion d’escalades clients.
• Certification PMP ou Prince2.
