Responsibilities
Serve as a Project Manager
Partner with key stakeholders including Digital Sales, Self Service Products and Platforms
Product Organizations, Customer Operations, and other departments within SD/IT to manage complex programs.
Partner with key stakeholders to create and deliver a cohesive technology strategy and roadmap and ensure alignment with the product delivery roadmaps
Create and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders
Participate in intake meetings, identifying impact to Services
Participate in the prioritization activities with stakeholders and communicate priority Services development teams
Enable leadership decisions through the facilitation impact analysis with development teams
Create and maintain ticket hierarchy that facilitates the implementation of business initiatives as prioritized by leadership.
